Tried it today. Chocolate is tasty. A little chalky as others mention. Not as good as a milkshake, but it’s all about the nutritional value. I searched for a way to increase my daily protein. I’m elderly with muscle wasting after back injury and long period of inactivity. I wasn’t getting enough protein from food alone to strengthen my muscles from exercises only. I can get a nearly a full day of protein from one 11 oz bottle. I’ll probably drink 1/2 daily. I’m optimistic this will help me. Calories 160. Fat 2 grams. Cholestetol 20 mg. Sodium 300 mg. Carbs 6 grams. Protein 30 grams.
