Are these egg noodles, wheat noodles or rice noodles? Listing does not state ingredients.

They are made with wheat flour but say they may contain traces of egg. A bunch of other oils are in it too, vegetable, rice, soybean, sunflower, etc. I would say they taste like wheat noodles even though they're lighter in color, like egg noodles.

I didn't see an expiration date, how long are these good for?

I purchased the end of February. Mine had an expiration date of 0823. I put the unused ones in the freezer. Still taste great- no change in texture

It's more crunchy than crispy, which might suit other folks more than me. At least you don't have to worry about them mashing up from shipping. It has a great taste and makes for a good snack. Three bags hold about 4-6 servings each. I'd do it again.
