Very economical compared to the doctor/pharmacutical approach. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ An extremely useful adjunct to any sleep regimen *by C***E on 5 May 2017* This formula is as efficient as some big Pharma formulations. I use it simultaneously with A1 Vitality Herbal Sleep Aid (REVIEW #1) They have changed the formula, and 1 capsule was broken, necessitating the wipe-down of all caps to prevent inhalation of powder. The aroma is different, less 'full bodied' , more 'minty'. The other aroma was preferable IMO. I would never take 2 of these, my previously mentioned regimen works as well as 5 mgs (1/2 tablet of Ambien). I will continue to use this product if the formula is not off, but I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED BEING INFORMED THAT THIS WAS A NEW FORMULA.
