I got these to replace batteries that no longer worked in my SmartUPS UPS. It was easy to install and is working great.

The replacement battery worked great, and the installment was easy. Remember to plug the UPS into a wall outlet with no items plugged into the back-ups until the battery is completely charged - which may take up to 16 hours

Battery fits perfect but it did not come fully charged. Very easy to install which only fits one way. Only time will tell if the batteries will last. The originals lasted around 3 years.

The battery came with a full charge and inserted into my APC UPS perfectly! Way better option than replacing the whole UPS and less expensive than a direct replacement from APC.

Works as a replacement battery and hasn't failed me for a whole year. Easy switch to just undo the bottom cover and then pull the old ones out and put the new ones in. No wiring needed at all.

I own 7 APC UPS's that use this battery pack all have a 7Ah battery rating and this has a 9Ah battery rating. Typically, I would buy the individual batteries and just change them out but this can often lead to having to clean any corrosion off the battery F2 Terminal Connectors, so the battery connections are solid of you have to replace the wire and terminals because the battery connections are important. The next issue is holding the battery packs together. Sometimes you can peal back the plastic labels and then apply them to the updated battery pack but often you can't do this so you either tape the battery packs together or apply vinyl film to hold them together. This is a pain in the you know what. These packs take away all those assembly issues. I will take the plastic insert that sits between the batteries out of the pack and recycle the batteries, clean them up and store them away should I chose to repurpose them again. What most people do not realize is the batteries are good for 3-5 years so it's important to place labels on every unit you replace the batteries on. I also have my UPS's, when possible, to shut down my devices when the batteries are at 80% Capacity, and this is to protect the batteries from being fully discharged and to protect my devices from Hard Drive or SSD from becoming corrupted during a power failure. The 3–5-year battery replacement for me is expensive but necessary to keep the UPS's running well. Unfortunately, most do not do this unless the battery packs fail but you need to change the battery packs out before they fail which is like doing oil changes on your car. Believe me even 3 years go by quickly. So if you buy a UPS place a label with the start date you started using the UPS because even though its new you may have no clue when the UPS was built. APC does have this in their software so you can look at that date to use it as a reference for the next battery change but if you just keep it to 3 years you will be in good shape but then there comes a time when you need to replace the actual unit because they do not last forever.

So far so good. The last one of these I bought lasted for five years, so hopefully this lasts the same.

Ended up getting a free UPS from work because the battery was dead. This was half the price of a full unit, slot in great and works as good as new.

Commandée le 27 février 2025. Devait arriver entre le 5 et le 10 mars. Envoi retardé. Finalement reçu le 17 mars et brisée ! Les 2 cotés sont désalignés et la pile ne rentre pas dans l’APC. Supposé être crédité le 14 mars car pas reçu à temps mais le crédit n’apparaît toujours pas sur VISA. Très très déçu… Update: Crédit reçu le 19 mars.
