CHAIR: This is a fabulous chair with many options including push down extending foot rest, track for spine, heat, multiple modes and customizations. Provides much more than all other chairs at this price point. This replaced a cheaper model chair for us that had some issues that we had to return so we went for a more expensive model. Fantastic chair overall. SHIPPING: When we bought this chair there was absolutely no option for white glove shipping. Just free amazon shipping that was scheduled when you placed the order. Because there was only ONE shipping option (read: no shipping option except what you were assigned), this gave me the erroneous impression that it would be delivered and put in room of my choice/ unboxed per the detailed shipping instructions that Amazon provided when the shipping detail button was clicked. On the contrary, the box came and the delivery people were going to leave a 150lb+ boxed chair in my living room. It needed to go upstairs and my spouse has a disability so I have no one to help me get it upstairs. Believe me, if white glove delivery was an option, I would have selected it but it was not given to me as a choice during order. The delivery people said "oh yeah we have all kinds of options." GRRRRRR. It worked out bc I gave them each $40 to haul it up the stairs for me. Delivery folks were great- not their fault. That brings me to the third point to beware of, DIMENSIONS!: They get the behemoth up the stairs and try to get it through the door. No go. I said leave it in the hall and I'll deal with it. I get the box off of it (with great effort) after they leave and finally figure out how to get it to the door sans the box dragging under it. I mean this thing is a whale and the footrest wasn't attached so even with the wheels it was hard to maneuver. And I am no slouch. I do everything from electrical, plumbing, tiling, flooring at my house. I know how to do things. I get old Moby to the door and it gets STUCK once half way in. my 30.5" door opening couldn't accommodate a 29.9" chair. Mind you, the old chair had the same dimensions and got through fine- just grazing the edges on both sides with no damage to the chair. So, the problem with this chair I discovered is that it has a fancy plastic logo on the sides AND a long plastic decorative "swoosh" on each side that lights up blue (eye roll) when in use. Well isn't that just high tech and totally useless? I wouldn't care at all except that it makes the dimensions given in the description WRONG by an inch at its widest point. Not only did I have to take my standard 30" interior door off the hinges but I had to pry one side of my trim off to make the opening wide enough. Oh, and then I had to assemble the foot rest once it was in (easy in the scheme of things) and repair door. I prayed to every god from every world religion that Moby would fire up and work. To my great delight it did- blue light thingy and all. If you have a yearning to buy your own Moby, you will love it. But, know that you will leave it at your place when you move rather than hassling to take it with you. Oh, also, it will take 3 men and a boy to get it up or down any stairs you have. Enjoy!

I was nervous to purchase without testing, but I have to say I am very pleased. Only took two people to bring up the stairs being that the delivery company would not even after offering money. And very easy to put together. Just connect a cord in the foot base and clicked in place followed by a zipper. A little more pressure would be even better but all and all I am happy and it relieves my aching feet and shoulders.

We’ve only had the chair for about three weeks but we are very happy with our experience so far. After we purchased the chair on Amazon the company called us almost immediately to set up delivery and were very helpful. The chair arrived within about 4 or 5 days after purchase, which we were not expecting from the estimated delivery date on Amazon, and the delivery driver was very nice and brought the chair in one box all the way through the front door. The chair was packaged VERY good and was pretty easy to setup. It did take two of us to move it to its corner because it is pretty heavy and being almost completely assembled makes it a bit awkward to move. The chair does seem to be built very well though so no complaints. I spent over a year researching chairs and I have to say that other than having to take turns using it, we are very happy with this chair. We realized after reading many reviews on message chairs that no chair was going to check all the boxes and that every chair was going to have one or more things that we might change if we could. On that note, after using this chair for several weeks now and getting familiar with all the settings and programs there are only two things that I would change if I could and those would be: #1. leg extension would extend another couple inches, at least, and that it would lock somehow while using the chair. I am 5’8” with long legs and my husband is 6’2”, and both of us have the leg extension maxed out. #2 The other thing I would change is for the arm and leg air pressure to be separately adjustable to different levels independent of each other instead of having to be the same intensity...or off. That being said, this is a really nice chair and gives a good selection of different messages for many different needs.

This is an amazing chair! We absolutely love it and use it all of the time. I have recommended this purchase to several friends, and one of them purchased one herself. She loves it as well. The only issue we had was that the box had some damage when it arrived, but it didn’t look too bad. The driver moved it into the house, but he didn’t wait around for us to unbox. When we did, we realized the actual chair had a hole in it. I immediately called the driver back, and he said it wasn’t on him, so I recommend unboxing BEFORE the delivery person leaves your house. However, the seller contacted us and resolved the issue, and we are pleased with the seller's solution. I would definitely recommend this seller as well as the product itself.

Best investment ever made! Helps with soreness after heavy physical day, helps me relax after feeling stressed from work life. Such a nice way to end my day on a day that I want to include self care minutes. Settings are adjustable to sit, lean or lay back. Easy to use remote thats attached. Ive fallen asleep on it. Bluetooth allows me to connect my phone to play on speakers for relaxing music to play near my ears. Overall best buy!

First of all, most of these chairs are manufactured by the same company - meaning that the core frame, rollers, motors, airbags and other major components of these chairs are all the same. Different manufacturers then buy these and put their own customizations such as leather, remotes, programming, logos on top, then sell them as their own. This is the third massage chair of this identical design I bought - I have one in each home. One from Johnson, one from Makmoto, and I thought this would be pretty much the same but it has some differences I do not like. 1. The remote is in a really bad position. You end up knocking it with your arm when trying to get in or out. It doesn't swivel out of the way and the remote itself is unnecessarily big. My other similar chairs have a remote that has a pocket/holder. You can remove the remote and use it freehand, remove the stand completely by unscrewing it, but then there's nowhere to store the remote. 2. The padding this company uses on the lower back portion is way too thick. It softens the rollers too much to the point that you barely feel anything. It feels like you're getting gently brushed against - too soft for any sort of benefit. If you remove the back padding completely, (it's just one zipper and velcro) it makes everything make contact with your back evenly, although a bit rough. 3. You can't adjust the intensity of the rollers, only the airbag inflations and the foot roller intensities. This is weird. Adjusting the "width" of the rollers via the remote doesn't seem to change anything. On the positive side, the unit arrived in perfect condition with zero damage. Shipping company was very nice and helpful, the chair looks gorgeous and matches my decor almost perfectly.

This was a great buy, I got it on sale and had it assembled and the delivery guys were great! I use it several times a day and the air bag support is therapeutic for pain and touch on both the lens and the arms and hands. Zero gravity all the way back with legs up is great and fit the middle of the back along the spine, I recommend program B1, B2, B4 or B7 and the Stretching or Sleeping routine for relaxation and touch. The only question I have is why are there left over parts after assembly and could this be impacting the performance quality at all? I put a picture of the parts above and appreciate any input!

This massage chair is not what I expected. I do read the review but when I got this chair The chair is kind of not match to the review and introductions of function. I am not ready comfort with this massage chair or maybe the size don’t fit me. Just not mine ecxpectations . I don’t think I can trust the introduction on the screen for this chair. I regret …

My wife and I both love this chair and we use it almost everyday. The chair arrived without problems and it was carefully shipped. We worried about getting it into the house, but it was much easier than we expected. Setting it up was no problem, although we did rely on You Tube videos. It is a bit daunting when you sit in it and need to select a massage mode, there are so many to chose from. We found that there is a lot more control over the set programs than you might imagine from the Use Manual. With a little experimentation you can figure out what all the buttons on the panel are for. We had the chair for about 3 weeks and got a call from Melanie from customer Service asking how we liked the chair and any issues we had. we did have an issue with the massaging being too intense in some settings and Melanie sent us a cushion which worked quite well. Our other comment was about the Manual and Melanie acknowledged this could be improved but also indicated that there were You Tube videos on all the features. Our one counsel would be don’t be afraid to experiment and push buttons to see how the preset programs are impacted. I’m sure there may be features we have not tried yet. Overall we are happy with the massage chair and quite impressed with their customer service.

This chair worked great for 3 months. Now it makes noise and doesn’t change functions. Tried to troubleshoot and nothing fixed it. Now it’s just an expensive, heavy piece of garbage.
