Review: 2nd purchase - Reliable fan with good output - I bought one of these in 2022 for my office and it’s been so useful. I decided to buy a much bigger - but cheaper - traditional rotating desk fan for my bedroom at that time. This year, that big fan just isn’t doing the trick (2026 non-stop heatwave) so I’ve just bought another Honeywell. CONS: Noisier (but I like white noise for sleep anyway) The on/off knob/switch is really oddly placed at the back and the order goes; off, 3, 2, 1 speed Made in China PROS; Good blast of air Noise is soothing (if, like me, you find white noise relaxing) Motor doesn’t get hot (I run mine at power 1 or 2 all night) so feels safe Trusted brand TIP: I read somewhere (and it works) wet a cloth (I use a flannel), wring it out, place it on a plate in front of fan. The air going over the wet cloth definitely has a cooling effect. I would heartily recommend.
Review: Great fan - I have bought this fan during a heat wave and I must say it’s done wonders ,so I bought another one for my sons house and he loves it ,it’s a basic fan it doesn’t rotate but goes up and down, it has three settings high medium and low I put the high on and it cools my whole Livingroom down ,if I leave it in my bedroom with door open it cools my hallway down to, it has a good coverage and it’s powerful,I would highly recommend this fan good price .

**Q: Does the fan need electricity to run or does it use perpetual motion?**
A: I run mine by putting another fan behind it 👍🏻

**Q: Can i use this fan as a boat motor? It sounds pretty powerful**
A: Disbelievers may scoff but I did indeed build an extremely powerful speed boat using this fan as its motor. Not only this but I crossed the atlantic ocean in little more than 2 days.
My next challenge is to use this fan to power a rocket to enable me to visit relatives on Mars.

**Q: Can i leave it working overnight safely while sleeping?**
A: I have left mine on for weeks at a time and I mean literally day and night for weeks and have done so for 6 years, only turning it off if I was going to be out the whole day. brand. I have worn only two out in that 6 year period so they are incredible really.

**Q: What's the normal price, it seems to randomly vary from £22 to £45 depending on when I look.**
A: £24.99 is the normal price, it looks like the other seller is taking advantage of low stock during the summer by amazon and doubling the price. It seems like the seller sells most of their other items at twice the normal price. If you wait a few days amazon usually gets ore stock unless that is someone is buying it all up to resell it at a higher price !!!

Bought this for the heatwave this week for guest room - didn’t want to spend lots of money so this seemed a good bet at £25 ish. It’s quite compact but powerful. It’s not as quiet as the Meaco one I have in my bedroom ( but that cost £99) but the lowest setting does the trick and not too loud - much noisier on settings 2&3. There’s no timer or oscillation or anything but I’m quite pleased with it . Currently trying it out in our living room on a very warm evening and it’s definitely effective. Got the blue colour which is quite smart
