Review: Nice! - It makes a lot of rice! We probably could’ve done with a smaller rice cooker. I had an inexpensive rice for 30 years that finally died. I bought two inexpensive rice cookers that only worked three times for the first one and once for the second one. We eat a lot of rice it was prudent to invest in a decent rice cooker. She’s a big girl not on the counter. She’s not too big but the rice capacity is big. We cook 3 cups of dry rice and don’t even fill it halfway. It does a great job on oatmeal. Those are the only two things we’ve cooked in so far, but we are very pleased. It is easy to clean, and care for. The best part is, is still working after several months of near daily use. Is a good looking machine.

Let me start by saying I am 69 years old and I have never learned to cook rice on the stove (okay, so I'm not a good cook). So years ago, my husband bought me an inexpensive Aroma rice cooker. I ended up with a layer of burnt rice on the bottom of the pan every time we used it. I thought this was normal. After about 10 years of this (says something about the life of that cooker), we decided to get a better one. Did my research, even using YouTube, and decided on the Cosori (I have their air fryer and love it). OMG, this is amazing! Decided to do a test run with just one cup of uncooked rice on Soft. Not one grain of rice stuck to the bottom and none of it was burnt. The only thing is that even though I chose Soft, the rice was still a little firm. It does slow cook the rice (cycle said 53 minutes but it didn't take that long), and the instructions said to use a 1:1-1/4 grain to water ratio (I was taught 1:2), so I might add a tad more water next time. But I had also used enriched rice, which I read is not supposed to be rinsed/washed. So I might have to do some more research. It's also easy to disassemble to clean. I highly recommend this rice cooker for those like me who just couldn't get it right growing up
