This coffee machine is ideal, preset for my morning coffee before work I simply come down and grab it. What more can you want??? Makes the room smell amazing the beans ground and filtered perfect for a great coffee. The app although some find not so great, I don’t understand why it’s very very simple. No problems connecting to it on my iPhone. I had only 1 con... the minimum cup was 4 (really world 2 large mugs in U.K. as I am the only one who drinks coffee it made me either waste half or drink double!!! However this is the addition that set it apart. The seller contracted me a few days later asking all ok, I told him my issue within the day they programmed it to do less for me without me so much as lifting a finger or even knowing about it!!! Just a mail saying sorted for you please try. Top notch service has set this apart and gave me great confidence I’m in safe hands both in quality and service.

Smarter Coffee machine is real smart home device. You can control it via app, set how many cups you want, strength of brew: weak / medium / strong, how long it keeps coffee warm, set pre warm. You can also set alarm and wake up to freshly brewed coffee. Grinding beans works perfect. Only thing that I miss is that you could set 2 cups of coffee to brew, minimum is 4. I also connected device to Echo Dot and now I can brew coffee with voice command. ”Alexa, turn coffee on” and machine starts to brew. Great feature. I got the coffee machine for £119 which is a bargain deal. Strong recommendation.

The machine itself is simple to use and program from your smartphone. Syncs well with Alexa. I use starbucks espresso beans and produces a delicious pot of coffee. I have one little qualm with it and that is the inability to keep coffee warm for longer than 40 mins. Not a problem most days as it is usually just a beverage before work and then set up for the day after, however, on my day off I do like to have a coffee pot on for an hour or 2 while I wake up and have a cup or 2 of delicious bean to cup coffee. Small side note, perhaps for the next generation of this machine they could make the bean holder slightly steeper sided as I have to push beans into the grinder as I set it up for the next usage as it is almost flat bottomed and the beans don't slide into the grinder naturally. Other than those 2 issues it does exactly what it describes. And for an early generation of this type of machine I don't think they've missed the mark by much at all.

The idea behind this is great, loved it while it worked. Their instructions for cleaning it don't work, there's no way to actually get to the burr grinder either from above or from where the coffee comes down the chute. So it's jammed up with coffee OR the grinder broke.. I'm not sure and when I called customer support I got Amazon support instead, which while they tried very hard to help could only give me the advice written on the website for the company.. all of which I had already tried and none of it worked. So now I have this huge coffee machine that can only use pre-ground coffee. Just buy a normal coffee machine and seperate grinder for less and don't put up with this.

It was with fear and trepidation I made this purchase, as the reviews here are mixed and that always worries me. I was particularly concerned as I don't reside in the UK and was planning to pick this up on a trip home, which meant if I had difficulties or problems it would basically be game over. Yes: the setup is not as intuitive as it might be (but read the reviews of people's problems and how they solved them and it doesn't take too long to figure out). Yes: it took me a couple of attempts to figure out how to actually make coffee, as the instructions online, on the piece of paper that purports to be a Quick Start guide, and in the App are.... well there aren't any really. But: if the reservoir is full (well at least not empty) and your beans are in the hopper you can press a couple of buttons on your phone and a few minutes later you have great coffee! I mean: WOW, right? This is a completely unnecessary gadget that saves you all the time it used to take you to make coffee. So if that is what you want, then that is what you will get. Sure. It's not perfect. But TBH, this saves me so much time in the morning now, not having to faff around with filter coffee, grinding beans, waiting to plunge the plunger thing on the cafetiere, I just love it!

I bought this as a gift for my coffee loving partner. For the first 3 months it worked very well. Connecting to his Alexa was simple, the operational use was good and it made different strength coffee depending on what ground was selected. After 3 months of use the grinders began to be an issue. Cleaning the device is not easy, to throughly clean it you do need to take some of the facier off and use stronger tools than the suggested pipe cleaner. The machine eventually refused to grind. Some investigation on the manufacturer's website indicated the grinder was a known issue as there is a dedicated FAQ section to this issue with many comments and suggestions/reviews. As a result we chose to return the machine for a refund which was relatively hassle free and quickly processed. The grinder issue is a shame as it is a very nice unit otherwise.

Really like this product. I mainly use the app to brew my coffee when I get up. Looks really nice with the coffee bean hopper on top. Had some issues with it brewing but costumer service were able to help me out and solve the problem in a couple of hours. If you like your coffee and gadgets then it's worth the money.

I love my coffee, and this machine is really great! Love being able to get the coffee going before I get going in the mornings... you can either set it to start brewing at a set time (with accompanying alarm), or just start the app and hit the brew button! With adjustable coffee grinder, adjustable strength, you can set how many cups you want brewed and pre-heating of the pot to make sure that you get the most from your hot coffee... it is such a great machine. To top it all off, it even notifies you when the brewing is finished (and when it has stopped keeping the coffee warm after up to 40 minutes). Fantastic gadget... from a great gadget lover!! :D

Je cherchais une cafetière filtre avec broyeur intégré et pour l'instant je ne regrette pas mon choix. Cafetière automatique connectée compatible avec de nombreux systèmes opérationnels. Je l'utilise connecté à Google Home et j'aime beaucoup l'avoir connecté à mon appareil à commande vocale d'où je peux avoir un contrôle total à distance et qui me permet de faire mon café en toute simplicité ! En plus de l'application Smarter elle-même, qui me permet d'accéder aux fonctions de la cafetière, de personnaliser mes préférences, ou tout simplement de vérifier son état directement depuis mon smartphone, la fonction mode "Réveil" est un plus pour moi qui aime me réveiller le matin avec l'odeur du café dans toute la maison. Parfait pour commencer la journée ! Quant à son apparence, la cafetière est très belle avec un design minimaliste, ultra silencieuse (sauf pour le broyeur qui a un faible bruit, évidemment). Elle est assez compacte pour un usage résidentiel, étant donc bien complète. J'attire l'attention sur un détail que j'ai trouvé super. J'aime la possibilité de changer la couleur du panneau de la cafetière ainsi que la porte du filtre en fonction de l'humeur ou des préférences de chacun, ou encore pour correspondre au décor de la cuisine ou d'autres appareils électroménagers. Les seuls inconvénients, pas déterminants à mon avis, sont que la fonction "Keep Warming" (qui dure 40 minutes) n'est pas renouvelable, il n'y a pas la fonction de moudre le café séparément et je ne peux pas demander la préparation d'1 tasse sauf si j'utilise l'application, car manuellement, en machine, le minimum possible est de 4 tasses

Einstellmöglichkeiten um sich einen leckeren Kaffee zuzubereiten quasi nicht vorhanden. Die vorhanden Einstellungmöglichkeiten sind eine Katastrophe!!! Egal in welcher Einstellung, der Kaffee ist nicht zu genießen, viel zu stark. Selbst wenn man auf starken Kaffee steht, ist dieser kalt. Anbindung an Alexa über den Skill nicht möglich. Maschine ging zurück...

Iftt werkt meer niet dan wel Alexa skill is niet beschikaar in de EU App werkt ook niet zoals het hoort. Zet wel goeie koffie

WLAN muss in einem bestimmten Modus eingerichtet werden bei meiner Fritzbox. Sonst wird die Maschine nicht erkannt. AUch die Hotline konnte mir da nicht weiterhelfen. Habe es aber doch nach Tagen geschaft, die Maschine in Betrieb zu nehmen um mit Alexa morgens vom Bett aus Kaffee zu machen. Leider ist der Filter so grob, dass immer Kaffeesatz im Kaffee ist. Ich behebe es damit, dass ich zusätzlich einen Papierfilter einlege. Das verbessert auch den Geschmack. Was immer zu Problemen führt ist, dass die Anzahl der Tassen zwar hochgesetzt werden kann, aber um von 4 Tassen auf 2 Tassen zu kommen komm ich regelmässig an meine Grenzen. Maschine in der App löschen und installation neu durchführen z.B. könnte helfen. Fazit: Maschine mit funktionierender Software und vernünftigem Filter wäre klasse, so wie es jetzt ist, ägere ich mich dass ich es gekauft habe.
