Hand paddles to build endurance
Now for me, with arthritic hands, this is really not a good choice for swimming laps as compared to the glove (soft) style. The curved "wings" that you fit around your hand is uncomfortable for me, even as I adjusted the rubber tubing that you slip a finger into so they stay on as you work out. I'm using these rarely, mainly because of that pressure on the spots that are inflamed by my arthritis. They are sturdy though. Much more helpful design than the types of flat hard paddles when I was competing decades ago.

Cómodas y prácticas.
Cumplen con su función perfectamente haciendo que sea más esfuerzo nadar con ellas. Son ligeras, y del tamaño de la mano, no tipo pala como las otras. Ya llevo con ellas tiempo y no las cambio por ninguna de los otros modelos.La cinta de silicona del dedo es ajustable, pero también se puede nadar sin ella puesto que se acoplan a la mano perfectamente.

Les meilleurs pads que j'aie testés. Un seul doigt, le majeur, est maintenu par un anneau de caoutchouc réglable. Toute la main est enveloppée par le pad. C'est très confortable. Je nage 2,5 km sans aucune gêne.

Excellent Swimming Aid
Excellent swimming aid from Speedo, if you have never used hand paddles before then these would be great to start with , they are strange when you first swim with them but as you gain confidence they become part of your hand and improve your overal technique , i use these for back stroke and front crawl, has improved my arm strength . plus they fit the hand really well as your hand fits inside completely, theres a rubber ring for the middle finger to locate into , full adjustable . 10/10
