I’ve been having some dental pain and this stuff works well and penetrates fast. Easy to use, but doesn’t contain the bulb applicator anymore, so I use q-tips to apply to the problem areas. Taste not so great, but I expected that. None of the oral numbing stuff tastes good in my opinion. Great price as well when I purchased.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. If you’re looking for a toothache relief, this is as good as it gets. While awaiting my dental appointment, my tooth decided it had enough and the nagging pain was becoming more evident by the day. When I fist applied this medicine (using a q-tip is perfect for it, one end for outside and another end for the inside of the gum), I felt a bit of numbness and assumed it would work similarly to lidocaine. But a few moments later the numbness went away and pain didn’t kick in. It just felt normal—with no residue like an ointment creates, no taste, no awareness of the application whatsoever. I reapplied it only 7 hours later and the pain wasn’t fully back when I did so, just some sense of discomfort started coming back. I’ll never consider any other temporary dental relief again (and I’ve tried a few over the years) because it simply can’t be better than this. I sincerely recommend it to anyone who is in pain and looking for a temporary solution to their toothache.

Large amount of product, should last for almost ever, no application device, just using Q-tips is effective in easing tooth ache, but still need to see dentist.
