Many products these days are so difficult to get into; vacuum sealed jars, bottles, cans, etc., and this makes it so much easier - especially ring-pull cans, it saves the fingernails! Feels quite sturdy and well made and that it should last for years to come. My only niggle is that the circular opening for bottle tops is limited in its diameter - a more angled and wider opening to take larger bottle tops would improve it, but it still gets 5 stars from me!

This is ideal for what I want, only downside is if the tin hook is very close tot he tin I still have to use a knife to prise it up a bit, then I can use the opener, it is brilliant for me as Ihave arthritis in my hands and makes life a lot easier to open things

Found it a bit tricky - as yet it hasn’t proven itself indispensable- jury out on this one.

Very good, but requires a fair bit of force down onto the bottle cap to be able to grip it when unscrewing, which may make it a little difficult to use. I bought this for someone with arthritis affecting their thumbs, once they realised it requires some downward pressure onto the bottle lid, they put the bottle bottom on a surface and were able to use it quite well.

this supposed bottle opener doesn't do what it is proposed to do it completely just turns on the top of the cap without even moving it and me with arthritic hands can not shift the cap at all all the other gadgets work but not the bottle cap opener sorry i was taken in by its discription

Well, it is nicely designed, but so far I haven't found a bottle top it fits. I think it is more for the European or USA market rather than GB.

This is an amazing piece of kit it opens everything even those jars that the lid has been stuck on it really is very good it’s durable strong and it looks very nice a very good buy which I would recomend

I bought this product for my 83 year old grandmother who was having trouble opening the tabs on cans because of her decreased strength and arthritis in her hands. This product works exactly how it is supposed to. I was especially interested the jar seal-breaking feature, but it worked! I heard the pop of the jar seal breaking, and it was a lot easier to twist open afterwards. I also tried it on a bottle of Sprite, and it didn't feel like I had to put any effort into it before I heard the sizzling of the opened seal. The tab pulling feature is great. You can slip the tab into the handle portion to lift the tab, and then use either hooks to pull the top/tab open. The location of the hooks allows you to use mechanical advantage to pry it open so it takes less effort. I definitely would recommend this product.

Pour mon papa atteint de maladies (Parkinson entre autre mais pas d'arthroses), cet ouvre-bouteille est très pratique, car cet ustensile lui simplifie grandement l'ouverture des bouteilles d'eau. De plus, il peut maintenant ouvrir plus facilement les bouteilles avec languette ou conserve, la prise en main est facile, bref, un petit plus pour lui.

I think it takes some getting used to. I've used it only twice and am still learning the ins and outs. But I do expect it to relieve pressure on my arthritic hand when I must open bottles, cans with tabs, etc.

I liked the versatility of this opener. It should virtually any kind of bottle.

This is a cool little gadget to have in your kitchen drawer when you need a little help opening a variety of tops and lids. I have used it many of time. I particularly use it to open Walmart brand beans and corn cans. They have the ring pop top cans and the rings are always set so tightly to the lid. I'm a nail biter, so this helps where my lack of fingernails cannot. I can imagine that this could be of assistance to those with arthritis of the hands too. Just thinking. And of course, it is your best friend when you are ready to pop a cold one on a Friday night, Awww, yeah.
