Life-changing
Incredible, life-changing stuff. Was struggling with moisture down there due to anxiety and stress- after only a few days of taking this i already felt a massive difference. However I chalked it down to coincidence. Still, a few weeks later i’m having no problems down there and ‘intimate’ time is better than ever. Couldn’t recommend enough. I’m aware this doesn’t work for some and some people find Red Macca Drops more effective- but it’s certainly worth trying!

Quality product, need more time to know if works yet
These capsules arrived quickly, well packaged, they are the real deal, easy to ingest, but I now break open 3 of them and pour the powder over my muesli because I love the sweet taste of maca, and swallowing the capsules means you don't taste it at all. Hard to know how many to take to make a difference, I was recommended to take 3 to 5 grams a day of red maca a day for menopausal vaginal dryness, which is a teaspoon, or 3 capsules. When these finish I may buy the powder instead as it might work out cheaper, and I like the taste. The important thing is that it is gelatinized so it's easier for body to digest. I have only been taking them a week so too soon to say if they are working, certainly no change yet. Nothing is a silver bullet and these natural remedies take time to work. But maca is a good all rounder for general health so looking at it as just another supplement rather than having great expectations. Will come back in 6 weeks and add to the review.

This can be life changing
I heard someone say this might help with premenstrual / menopausal symptoms so I snapped it up, given I have so many problems in that department. I have tried a lot of different things to no avail. However, this has definitely had a radical impact on my mood in that it is more balanced, less hot flushes, less breast discomfort, almost no cramping. I can’t believe it but nothing else has changed apart from me taking these supplements! I read that although clinical evidence is scarce, no one denies that maca is a superfood, so you can’t go wrong in trying it surely?!

It worked
This absolutely worked in boosting my energy and productivity and concentration AND libido, BUT I'm gutted i had to stop taking it as I started breaking out in painful large spots on my face. I found through my research that this is becasue of the way my hormones are set up leaning towards having more testosterone. FYI I'm female.

Good product
I started taking these for menopausal issues, bleeding and pain. I had been checked and cleared for endometrial cancer and the Provera the doctor prescribed didn't really ease the spotting 100%. So I thought I'd do some research and found out about Maca root. I started on yellow and noticed a difference but the spotting remained the same as on the Provera, so I did more research and finally read about the 3 (?) different types. The red being the one for hormonal problems I found this brand (I'm dairy and wheat intolerant) was safe for me. I noticed the bleeding ease completely after the first dose and I've been free of the symptoms since. I intend to be a repeat buyer, no looking back for me. I am NOT stating that you shouldn't visit the doctor for bleeding and pain, obviously that's a must in case of cancer.

Works for me.
Starting to get pre menopausal symptoms I did my research and found this red maca looked the best at a reasonable price. It immediately made a difference with the night sweats I was getting during my erratic periods and they practically stopped. I didnt really think it did anything else until I forgot to take them during a busy 3 days. I became irrationally emotional and mood swings and physically my breasts were very painful. I couldn't work out what was going on until I realised I hadnt had my maca! Took them and within 24 hours was back to normal. Ive been taking these for about a year now and although still get period pains and other monthly minor symptoms the postive impact of these pills mean I function normally in a busy, stressful job. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night generally but up it to 3 in the morning and 3 at night when having a period. Hoping these will see me through the menopause itself when the time comes! Thank you.

A big NOT
I I’ve used yellow maca before and felt amazing — full of energy and balanced. I wanted to try red maca for its benefits, but after just a few days of taking two capsules daily, I started experiencing hormonal imbalance, mood swings, irritability, and my period became irregular. It was a big change compared to how I felt on yellow maca. This may work for others, but it definitely didn’t agree with me. If you’re sensitive to hormonal shifts, be cautious with red maca or start with a very low dose.
