Leaking roof...you saved the day!
OH was in Italy so it fell to me to seal the garage roof and save the day. I ordered this painty gloop (it has fibres in it) and did 3 hours up on the roof in the cold waving to all my neighbours. Who were more nervous than me. I love painting roofs. Flat ones. Anyway, I made sure forecast was good for next 3 days and it was, miracle for this wet autumn in early Dec. And it did the job. Easy to paint. I was a bit pooped but roof sealed. Yay. Happy days. OH suitably impressed when he got home

A pain to apply but it seems to work
This sealant works great but is a complete pain to apply. It’s thick, sticky and gets everywhere. I used a combination of a trowel and very thick brush to spread the gloop. Thankfully I had a small patch to seal and this has definitely done the job, no more leaks. However, I’d be reluctant to do a large area “DIY” using this, it would take most of the day to work through the whole tin.

Fantastic stuff
Hi , first let me just say this is a good price in comparison to others and I have waited a year before writing this review to see how long term it does , I don’t know how long it will last but up to press it has gone through its first winter very well keeping the garage completely dry in heavy downpours and snow . I used this to seal a garage roof that had been leaking badly in several places damaging the internal roof boards which were water stained and allowing puddles to form on the floor , I coated all the joints where the bitumen had cracked which was nearly every joint on the asphalt roof and some of the cracks were large at several mm across . It so far has worked well and I would definitely buy again This product though pretty much makes useless any brush you use so I would recommend buying a ‘ Tar Brush ‘ off Amazon as I did ,they’re cheap and either throw it away or put the head of the brush in a sandwich bag or something similar and tie it around the head to stop it going hard so you can re use the brush again. Although it won’t last forever like this.

Quickly fixed leaky in garage roof
Recommended by a roofer to provide quick fix for a leak that developed on my garage's burnt felt roof in the heavy rain we had. Has worked a treat. Very impressive. Don't know how temporary a fix it is but did its job. Its not the easiest to apply - i used a cheapish paint brush and rather than try and clean it it was easier to bin it. Considering doing whole roof area or ta least the felt joins in it until such day can afford full roof replacement.

Does what it says on the tin
This is an amazing product which is well made and does the job efficiently. It was easy to use and apply with a simple brush as I only need it for small patches. Most likely for big surfaces would have used a broom or something similar. It's been a few weeks now and even in pouring rain there is no water coming through. Would definitely recommend and fyi try to clean the surface properly and make sure it's dry!

Looks to have worked, but various damaged tins and no refund for postage fees
Had to reorder again due to damaged product and packaging, but replacement also came damaged. Various customers complaining of the same thing. Refused to refund postage fees even though their product was faulty and was their responsibility. Despite that, delivery was quick and the product contents were fine and seems to have done the job atm (fingers crossed)
