Great item. Buttons are hard for little baby’s but perfect for toddlers and up. My use application was a little different than others. I want to use it to help my blind grandson of 7 months. In my case it’s more about the buttons and the sounds than the things it says. Something for him to tinker with rather than a communication device. If I had any complaints it would be the lack of a volume control, it’s kinda loud. Other than that it’s perfect. Easy to use and custom recording.

Love this and my son took to it fairly quickly. I would highly recommend this item for parents with nonverbal children! its a great value, easily programable and the size makes it super easy to find if it gets misplaced or hidden...... A side note for the parents of nonverbal children, we also use programable buttons to stick on the wall or floor.
