How do you adjust the height? Do the legs extend?

The legs are adjustable - the problem we had with this is that you have to straddle the seat to sit on it - my husband can't do that as he has Parkinson's and his balance is very poor. Hope this helps.😊

Can this be taken onto an airplane, like a cane? Or will it be confiscated when going through the security line?

Yes the cane can be taken on an aeroplane. I took the cane stick and also a wheelchair(so I had both items on same flights. I was with aer lingus and ryan air

Is the handle on this seat supposed to be at an angle???

Yes your supposed to sit astride the seat facing the handle for safety, it has a safety warning sticker on the stick.It's about balance really.

Is this suitable for taller people? I’m 5ft 11 and pass out if standing for too long but worried it might be too short. Thanks for the help

My husband is 6' 2" and the height is adjustable but he can't use it as having PARKINSONS his movements are very restricted. The problem is that you have to straddle the seat and I didn't feel that it was stable enough for him. Hope this helps. If you still want one you can have his!
