It is also really nice having a foam come out rather than just the soap. We have carers coming in who use this as well and really love it. Several have gone and bought for themselves as well. We used standard supermarket own liquid soap and diluted it as recommended. You need to ensure that it is mixed well and we had to suck the tube to start the thing off. Since then it has worked perfectly.
