**Q: What's Aji?**
A: A type of pepper, I am from Puerto Rico and for us, an "aji" it's smaller, unlike "pimientos" which are the bigger like green, yellow or red peppers. By the way, the smaller aji, also turns from green to red. This Goya aji amarillo is hot (spicy) and yumm very good!

**Q: Is this spicy?  Es picante?**
A: Yes, very much.

**Q: From one to ten how hot is it?**
A: This really isn’t made to be directly consumed as is. If you taste it directly it is quite hot and because it is a paste it sticks around on your tongue/mouth. But prepared in a dish you can dilute it and spice to taste. I’d recommend starting with very little and increasing the quantity to preference.
