Soft sole comfortable to wear. Only I saw few drop like rubber impressions which is a manufacturing defect. Anyways I kept it because I needed it urgently.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product, which is far below the standards expected from Bata. The sole was completely damaged after the very first use. This is unacceptable, and the seller should be banned from supplying such substandard goods. I request that you review the product delivery date and the date I initiated the return for appropriate action. If any one knows how to proceed with replacement pls let me know. Return is rejected as it is a used product. Where to complain
