Got these delivered on the 12th February and today is the 11th May 2026 ! I have bought another bottle definitely 😁 worth it - I take 2 capsules in the morning plus my vitamins with water I can confirm 😀 I noticed the energy boost 💥 but after several weeks of usage....Ladies… I fear these actually work 💣🥵🚀 also in other areas 😉

Maca root, KSM-66 ashwagandha, ginseng, black pepper, it reads like a “get your life together” checklist. All solid, well-known ingredients, and it actually feels thoughtfully put together. Value for money is good. You get a decent amount of capsules and a strong dose, so it doesn’t feel like one of those supplements where you’re paying for fancy packaging and vibes. This one feels legit. Taste-wise, there’s basically no taste, which is exactly what I want. I’m not here to chew herbs like a medieval healer. Just swallow and move on with my day. Energy levels definitely improved. Not in a “buzzing off the walls” way, but more like I noticed I wasn’t dragging myself through the day as much. A steady, calm boost rather than fake energy. Capsules are easy to swallow, which I appreciate because some supplements feel like you’re trying to down a torpedo. These go down fine with water. Quality overall feels high. The capsules look clean, the bottle is solid, and nothing feels cheap or rushed. Only reason it’s four stars and not five is because results take a bit of time and aren’t instant superhero mode. Still, very happy with it and would buy again.

Easy to swallow and effective tablets with no taste

However, after a consistent period of use, I must report that my experience with this particular Maca root supplement has been underwhelming. Despite following the recommended dosage and giving it adequate time to take effect, I did not perceive any noticeable changes in my energy levels, mood, or stamina. It's important to note that individual responses to supplements can vary, and what doesn't work for one person might work for another, but in my case, the effects were non-existent. Additionally, the physical experience of taking these supplements was less than pleasant. The tablets were on the larger side, making them quite a challenge to swallow. Each time I took a tablet, it was with a sense of apprehension, as their considerable size made the process uncomfortable. While I understand that the size of a tablet can be indicative of dosage, a smaller, more manageable size or perhaps a capsule form would be greatly appreciated for ease of consumption. The packaging was standard, and the product information was clear and concise, which I appreciated. It's always beneficial to have straightforward instructions and insight into what you're putting into your body. Nonetheless, no amount of clear labeling can make up for the lack of tangible results. In conclusion, while I had high hopes for the Maca root supplement, it unfortunately did not live up to my expectations. The absence of any discernible effects, coupled with the difficulty in swallowing the oversized tablets, leads me to be unable to recommend this product based on my personal experience. Those interested in trying Maca root for themselves might want to consider looking for a brand that offers smaller, more user-friendly tablet sizes or a different form of the supplement altogether.

I’ve used supplements for most of my adult life and believe I have enough knowledge to provide a helpful review for these. The ingredients are perfectly balanced and easy to digest these have proven to be effective and far better than other versions I’ve tried and the price was excellent these are a perfect addition to my go to supplements. I’ve had absolutely no negative effects only positive. I would highly recommend.
