Was a perfect pick me up when needed and I love the verses on the packets. This 2.5 pound bag is full of individually wrapped hard candy with various messages of Scripture and notations of the corresponding Bible verse on each piece. These are perfect for those who want to pass along Biblical messages or simply enjoy having a treat while reading words on the wrappers that may invoke comfort or religious reminders to people who don't mind or who seek out words of faith. I put several in my purse and have enjoyed sharing them with others because the Scriptures are easy to see as the words take up one side of the wrapper. They're a nice giftable addition to cards or other gifts if giving them to someone who will appreciate words from the Bible.The candy is cappuccino-flavored, and while I get a brief burst of coffee when I first pop one in my mouth, it doesn't last long and tastes more like toffee to me. I'm grateful for that because I'm not wild about coffee and I worried they'd give me coffee-breath. Reminds me of "coffee nips" candy my mother used to buy when I was a kid. Each piece has 25 calories and about 5 grams of carbs. There is a Scripture saying on each wrapper.
