Good news:- Great combination of weights and uses. Good balance and quality. Perfect for home use. Cheaper than the gym. Bought for my skinny boyfriend who didn't want them. I insisted he needed them for he's 'health' 😏 Bad news:- Now he's been using them for a while they have helped him "buff up💪". But he now looks at himself in the mirror more than he looks at me 😂

Looks great, unbelievable value for money. I can't believe that such a quality product was so cheap. My 14 year old granddaughter is delighted with her gift and I have definitely gained a lot of brownie points.💯

The parcel arrived and it was easy to assemble. Can either set it up as two separate dumbbells or one long bar. The weights don't go very high, but for lighter reps either to get into weights or to lose body weight, this is a good product. Customer service was very polite, professional and helpful. The plastic locks that go on the ends to keep the weights in place are screw-ons, and one of mine was warped on the inside so I couldn't have the two separate dumbells as I was a lock short. I messaged them and asked if they could send me a spare and they were very apologetic and accommodating and sent me two extra locks, no charge. The grip on the dumbbells is a bit rough and can hurt your hands if they're more delicate, but I use gloves when exercising for this reason and therefore it doesn't bother me but is something to be mindful of if you do not have gloves and your hands are delicate. The main bar is soft and has a comfortable foam sheath that makes it more comfortable to hold when lifting weights with the full bar. Because everything screws into place, sometimes when lifting, if you twist your hand, you can feel the pieces come loose slightly, but it's not at risk of falling to pieces, so don't worry. You can finish the reps comfortably or just twist your hand slightly to relock it back into place. Overall, I am a masters student in a studio apartment and this is easily packed away, doesn't take up much space, is easily assembled, has good customer service, and does what I need it to for a fair price. I am looking at toning and weight loss. So, this works perfectly for what I need. Would recommend based on my experience.

Does the job for now but one of the plastic bits has broken after a week

Great. Weights are easy to adjust. They go down relatively small so easy to store if you don’t mind taking them apart and setting them up each time. Grip is good, got texture to the dumbbell bars so they don’t slip in the hand. They are plastic so are great value for money- way cheaper than metal sets which are out of my own budget for now, but are great to get started. Will buy a second set to double them up when I’ve progressed enough for it (I got them for starting out and have so far progressed from 3kg to 5kg, and up to 7kg within 9 weeks). Overall very pleased. Just have to double check the locks each set as can start to get loose if not adjusting them each time.

Versatile weight set for around 30 quid. It can only go up to around 20kg for the barbell so if you're looking for something heavier this won't do it. But still very useful set for chest, back, bicep, tricep and squat exercises.
