Review: Strong hold and incredibly easy to use - I've used this Gorilla Mounting Tape for several jobs around the house and have been impressed by how strong the adhesive is once it's fully bonded. It's a useful alternative to drilling holes when mounting lightweight items or organising cables and accessories. Application is straightforward. I cleaned and dried the surface first, cut the tape to the required length and applied firm pressure after positioning the item. The tape cuts cleanly with scissors and the black colour helps it remain discreet once installed. The tape itself feels thick and substantial rather than flimsy, and it provides a much stronger hold than standard double-sided tape. Once properly applied, items stay firmly in place and there is very little movement or flex. One thing worth noting is that positioning needs to be accurate from the start. After the adhesive has bonded, it can be difficult to remove or reposition without damaging the tape, so it's worth taking a little extra time to get everything aligned correctly. The only thing that's been able to stick the back door fly screen permanently, thank goodness. Everything else failed! Just a bit difficult to get the backing tape off to begin with.
