Dell KM5221W-WH-US Wireless Keyboard & Mouse

Just got it and so far it is great. I have been using a Logi K545 and I hate it. Every time I use it I swear I'm going to throw it in the garbage. The keys are so sensitive that that add any key you hit or even brush against. Takes longer to correct the errors than it does to type something. The new Dell is so smooth and so quiet no key clicking at all. BUT IT! Hook up was a breeze, add batteries, included, put dongle in USB port and turn on the keyboard and mouse, that is it. Using Windows 11. UPDATE With in a few days two of the keys stuck down, the 3 and 6. Have asked for a replacement we will see how that one works. Took away 4 starts. Cancelled the replacement too long to deliver it. Now waiting for refund!!!!!! SECOND update Received my refund everything worked out would do business with them again put 4 starts back.

The high quality we have all come to expect from Dell products. Plug it in and get started in minutes. Mouse and keyboard look great, are the right size, and have a great feel. Both operate flawlessly with zero connectivity issues. Very easy to use.

My old wireless mouse was causing me all kinds of issues. Costing me extra work. New mouse and keyboard eliminated all that frustration. I get my work done in very quickly. I should have done this months ago. Easily installed and a very reasonable price. After two and a half months of use the mouse has started being an issue. I’ll be working on a document and all of a sudden the cursor start a running all over the document. I have auto delete to reset and hopefully I get back to the work I was doing. Not friendly !

I got this keyboard for work purposes when I was remote working since my laptop keyboard was too small and I needed 10-key. Keyboard was great, loved the sound and angle of the stand. Both powered via battery, which lasted pretty long before you needed to swap them out. Mouse was just so-so but worked in a pinch. Connects via USB dongle, one dongle for both items and there's storage for it in with the keyboard or mouse battery compartment so you don't lose it. Also bought a Velcro keyboard slip cover to keep it in when I started working hybrid 2-3x per week. Mouse fit perfectly in the front pocket. However the keyboard started having sticky keys (1-6 keys in any given area would register one press as 10-15 clicks) when it needed to go in and out of my work bag all the time. No backlit keys or numbers so you need at least a desk lamp. Workplace bought it for me so they kept it when I left, no idea how it's holding up 2 years later. Hopefully someone is getting good use out of it. Would buy again if I didn't need to carry it around or had USB ports to spare (current workplace disables USB ports on all computers), now I use a Bluetooth foldable keyboard for work as I'm constantly on the go and need something a bit more compact.

Compact, efficient, durable. I’ve tried plenty of options as I am renewing my office space. This I can say it’s the best. Don’t pay $$$ when you can get something like this affordable and super reliable. Best options out there

FINAL UPDATE - 2 1/2 months in and the mouse died. SECOND UPDATE ~ Down to a 1-star review now. Another month of using this keyboard and it has another problem. Keys randomly stick and continue typing dozens of the same character until I hit the Esc key. It's not just one or two keys. It happens with multiple number and letter keys. If I still had the packaging I would return this in a heartbeat. It's horrible. UPDATE ~ I've had this keyboard for 9 days and for the first 5 days things were wonderful (see my original review statements below). However, the keyboard is now lagging/skipping characters. I'm also experiencing issues with my mouse and keyboard not working after my computer comes out of sleep mode or I've been inactive for 5-10 minutes and the computer hasn't even entered sleep mode. I have to remove the USB doggle and plug it back in to get them to work. Very frustrating. I can no longer recommend this product. Original review - I hate the "sharp" click of many keyboards. This dell is quiet and has a smooth feel. The mouse is lightweight and glides easily. Set up was as easy as inserting batteries into the devices and plugging in the USB doggle. No lag whatsoever.

Noise level is loud when you punch the keys, durability is good and ease to use, works perfect

Looks great and works great, only thing is I wish it were rechargeable. It honestly suuuccckkkksssss that it requires batteries. Definitely not best for people who need to use theirs 12 hours per day 5 days a week for work. So for long term use, probably not the best choice. I’m returning mine and ordering the rechargeable keyboard and mouse (still Dell) for only about twice the price. Worth it in my opinion. Plus the rechargeable set is also multi-device which is a beautiful touch. All in all, this did the job as it should and I appreciate my time with it, but it’s time to move on to something that makes a little more sense. Good value for the money tho

it is damaged product there is crack on the back side of the keyboard

After 6 months, mouse and keyboard stopped working & i called dell for replacement. Dell team said, they will help, but they needed serial number, and surprisingly, i checked my keyboard and mouse and there were no serial number, i was fooled and i got fraud device.

Amazing purchase. Has lasted through a lot of travel with no issues. Works great

Bought 6 months ago and never used as we accidentally purchased the American layout. Old keyboard and mouse finally gave out so decided to give it a go and get used to it. Mouse has scrolling issues straight out the box, scrolls up one then down once so practically unusable
