If you don't have a partner available all the time... this is! Easy to install, didn't take long for mine to get delivered and as far as I can tell its build pretty tough. Some common sense needs to be used when training: the "Arm" has limits on its range of motion and you cant expect to hang off of it or anything like that.. but what fighter is going to let you do much more than move him/her off center enough to land a strike? Amazon actually contacted because they didn't know when it was going to be delivered. The original shipping date came and went and maybe a week later it was finally shipped. I opened it today and was a little disappointed because the bags were poorly stitched and kind of crookedly placed on the painted wood. The "arm" seemed to be of better construction although I haven't put it together yet. The knee pad seems to be better than the 2 punching pads but time will tell.This is a great idea so I am not going to bash them but for the price they are charging, they should at least make it look like some time was put into manufacturing it. For $225 you can probably build 5-10 of these in your backyard. Maybe with the profit they are making they will put a little more time and effort into it. I will install it on my wall and comeback with a review of how durable it is. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars poor quality *by M***K on Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2016* After a couple months of light use I wound up snapping the arm completely in two just above the spring. It turns out that the arm is just a slender piece of PVC pipe. The arm is attached to the spring with a short PVC collar (which is just one size larger than the arm itself), a generous amount of PVC adhesive, and a 3/8 inch bolt. Every time you bend the arm that little collar is taking all of the torque and that collar is what snapped in two.I am now in the process of trying to replace the PVC with a wooden dowel. Hopefully that will be stronger and able to last more than a couple of months.
