I feel so much better after doing this cleanse. The 2nd day was rough....not gonna lie. But days 3-7 I had so much energy and lost 8.5 lbs overall. I also have not had (or needed) an energy drink for 3 weeks now. Also the poeple that ran out of powder didn't follow the directions. Days 1 and 2 you only do 1 scoop per shake. I am 58 years old and have an M.D. degree. Past favorites have included the Chopra 7 day cleanse and a fantastic formula from Blessed Herbs but unfortunately these products are no longer available. This did NOT act like a detox cleanse with healthy occasional trips to the bathroom. Instead it constipated me completely for 3 days. I got restless legs on day 2, headaches, and extreme muscle fatigue despite drinking copious amounts of water. Needless to say I quit the cleanse on day 3 and was a bit disappointed with the experience for the cost.
