isnt BLUE light illegal? i thought only cops can use blue light.......... i want these but dont want to get stopped by the police.... thoughts?

i have 24 inch wheels on my wheelchair. How many Spoke lights per wheel do i need?

I have two lights on each of my wheels, more than enough. I can be seen for miles-- which is the objective

Will it work on flat spokes?

Not very well. I bought these for my Jamis road bike and for my sisters Fuji. The Fuji has flat spokes and the only way to would fit is on the outer edge. It kept rattling the entire time

Has anyone gotten the disco or the blue? Is the blue too dark to be seen well and is the disco brighter?

If "Disco" is the color-changing one, then yes...and all colors are easily visible. I have these, in addition to rim lights on my wheels, and customized lights on my bicycle basket...all for night riding. When I ride home from work, someone along the way ALWAYS comments on how nice my bike looks. For those who text while they drive...I'm still "invisible"...and have almost been hit, and had THOSE people say, "I didn't see you..." yeah, well. There should be an I.Q. test for driving....
