Great rod for rock fish

I love this rod, bought a second one. I really like the reel seat being metal. Bought a much more expensive Shimano rod and the synthetic real seat just doesn’t give me confidence. I put a makiara 10ll sea reel on this rod and caught a lot of rock fish including ling cod over 30” long.
