Nupro Joint Support 5 Pound

There are two types of this product. The orginal, gold label and this one, the silver label one with added glucosamine for arthrisis and joint support. I have used this product for more than 20 years with different dogs and breeds. Their coats are nice and my dogs seem to have more movement and agility even into their older years. I even had a cat who loved it on his food. If you feed dry food, add this with water and make a nice gravy. Do follow the instructions to reduce the quanity after the specified time of use, as it will put weight on your dog. Great if the dog is underweight, but most pets (and people) in today's world have the opposite problem Measure your dog's foods including treats. Have regular feeding times (usually 2x a day for an adult dog). Don't leave food out all day. Graze feeding makes it difficult to regulate weight and to use food for training. It is very important when using this product so that correct weight can be maintained.

My dogs, Charlie and Mia, took a bit to get them to like this product as I had to figure out the thickness that they like. I think this is great product, it has helped with their coats and their digestion. I also think it helps with the joints a lot! I first purchased the smaller size to make sure the product would work with my fur babies, all is great so I ordered the larger size as it is a better price.

I've been using Nupro for many years, especially helpful for senior dogs. Dogs seem to have more energy and less joint issues. This was originally recommended to me by someone who works with dogs and takes in senior dogs. A+

We have been using it for our personal dogs and our fosters. It seems to help them out. Most dogs are excited for the tasted as I had a dog literally chew a hole in the bucket version to get to it and another carry his bowl after his meals when this was used. I can not speak for the benefits as I am not a vet but to me it is worth the money. However some dogs may not enjoy it.

I’ve been using this powder for years now and love the benefits it’s had on my Mal. He loves the taste and will lick the floor if I have spilled any lol. This previous time I received a huge dented item that I tried but couldn’t reshape to its normal shape. It barely stays up on its own and luckily I had another old container I transferred it in. As soon as I put half the powder in the regular old container, the dented one fell on the floor. Luckily I had the cap on. It was just a PIA transferring it all into the normal old container because of how loose the powder is. It was starting to get all over my counter until I had to do it so slowly. Other than that, I use this powder twice a day for my dog and loves it.

Our 80lb Lab/Shepard Mix adores this product with its gravy like consistency once water is added over his dry food for breakfast. While he likes all meals and snacks, he actively annoys us until he is fed this meal specifically. We like the product as it fills in nutritional gaps left by conventional dry food and helps to support his joints. He is predisposed to joint and hip problems due to breed(s) & confirmation so we wanted to get ahead of their effects as much as possible. He will be 9 years old the summer of 2026 and so far has a glossy coat, great teeth and runs around w good energy and vigor!
