Great value, easy to use & is having the desired effect, it’s improving my sons explosive power in the first 5 meters of sprinting.. benefitting his speed off the baseline in tennis to combat drop shots & hopefully when we see the season restart it’ll be the same for his rugby in terms of carrying & breaking the line.

Good product. The waist belt could be better. Continuous have to tighten as it goes loose after each run. I've been using the chute for kids and have to tighten alot. When they run, the resistance loosens the belt. Some sort of clip or extra fastening to help it stay in place would make it 5 stars. How the feedback helps.

Well it's not really me who loves it, it is the Birthday boy who turned 12 who does. Him and his friends, who play football and what have you, used this as part of a birthday party game, and they loved it (maybe us timing them with and without the chute also played a part in that). Oh, and the sole girl at the party won by the way :D Either way it is a super simple piece of gear, easy to pack, easy to understand how to use, easy to adjust to fit one's fram etc. etc. Was looking in to buying some for gifts, and have recommended it to my own friends for their resistance training.

Good product, however the waist attchment could be more tight it moves around a bit. But still a good purchase.
