Unexpectedly funny with surprising characters and a cool setting. - Amazing! I love the octopus character displayed on the cover, "Koro Sensei", and the manga was very interesting to read. It was very funny in an unexpected way, and I got instantly attached to the surprisingly sweet and caring Koro Sensei. Nothing much happened in the story so far, but the plot continued to thicken at a good pace. The book looks slightly used, a little bit dented and with a piece coming off on the side, but it was minor and in my eyes forgiveable despite usually being a perfectionist. But all in all, looking like it could be one of my favourite mangas. Definitely looking forward to more! Review: Really good book, I recommend for 10+ - Ordered on 29th Nov, it said it would come 17th-29th dec and was expected by the 29th but instead came a few days after I bought it! Very good quality, no rips or tares! Very good book about an alien octopus teacher who the students have to try *BIT OF A SPOILER* and kill before he destroys the earth. It is a very good shonen but it is also funny at the same time. The actual age rating is 13+ but it isn’t as violent as it sounds considering the name of the manga is ‘Assasination Classroom’ since it isn’t really violent I wouldn’t think anyone 10 and over would be phased. I bought this for my 11 year old granddaughter as she said she wanted the series as she couldn’t find the anime to it. She says it’s very good and she said she is very happy to have it and be getting the entire series (most of it I have ordered her for Christmas) Would recommend!
