I’m a long term back ache sufferer and long term aromatherapy user. I didn’t think it would be strong enough to shift my back ache (I have osteoporosis) but this blend really is amazing. I use this daily to rub into my aches and pains. It smells divine and best rubbed in after a hot bath for best results. Highly recommended and wouldn’t be without! The balm is better than the liquid, it is more concentrated, but they were out of stock so I had to purchase the liquid.

Amazing oil. So nourishing, made my skin so soft

Smells fabulous. I bought this after getting some deep bruising. Yes, I only received it today, but I've bought it before. I works remarkably on even the deepest bruising. I love the smell. It's quite invigorating. It does help loosen off my recurring tight neck and other muscles. Unless using it for massage, a bottle lasts a long time.

Love this for a warming massage. Bought it as have had some muscular pain in legs and knee and hip joint issues. It did feel nice rubbing in but wouldn't say it brought more than momentary relief of pain to be honest and my pain is more low level anyway so i wouldn't buy this hoping for miracles. Smells lovely, feels more like oil than balm so that was interesting, but it feels nice for a massage.

Arnica is an incredible herb and I have used this Weleda oil for many years. It's perfect for, not only massaging tired or overworked muscles, but also can prevent bruising - if I can get it on the skin quickly enough. My chiropractor will often use this oil after a treatment; it's very relaxing. I know some people are sceptical about complementary health products. However, small blood vessels in my fingers will occasionally "pop" and, if I can't get Arnica cream into the skin, the finger will swell and turn black, making it very painful. Arnica prevents this happening but only if I can apply it quickly. I haven't tried the oil for this purpose as it can occur away from home and the cream is more convenient but, for me, it works wonders.
