Phone looks and works like new, hard to believe its a refurbished model. Would 100% buy again. Phone it self is great. fast, easy to use, takes great photos and videos.

Phone is exactly what I needed, the Samsung 20FE is great because it doesn't have the glass backing that I always seem to break no matter how careful I treat the phone. The phone arrived in perfect condition just as described. Great experience overall.

Not a very good refurbished phone.

Spent a lot of time searching for the right phone. Decided on this company & this phone. It said specifically it was for tmobile but after starting switch process & putting in my sim card, the phone wouldn't recognize it. I contacted tmobile to help, they tried unlocking phone, resetting sim card etc & it wouldn't work. She said tmobile does not support this phone & that they couldn't get it to work. So frustrating! Not to mention the phone wasn't in great condition, it had dings on the edges right out of the box. I still would of kept because I bought a case for it, but had to return all accessories too as I no longer needed them. Big waste of time.

Ordered Navy Blue phone recieved Bright Pink one. Phone seems more beat up than Excellent condition ordered. It works though, am in a time crunch so had to keep it.
