The 14 mm is for the fill plug on the side of the manual transmission, and for that one you do not need a stubby tool. There's a lot of room for that plug. The drain plug is 17mm, so this nice stubby tool does NOT fit in the drain plug. If it was 17mm it would be a very useful tool because the length is perfect to fit between the plug and the exhaust pipe.
