Dermacol Full Coverage Tattoo Cover Matte Foundation SPF 30, 30g, Shade 208

Hope this review helps others. I’ve got VERY bad varicose veins on my lower legs, I’ve also got large patches of thread veins which all together just look like a very dark mauve patch and it’s so unsightly. Not used this product before and honestly it’s brilliant. I didn’t sponge it on as they suggest, I rubbed it in just like you would a foundation - I applied a couple of coats and you really couldn’t see there’d ever been massive mauve patches there. I went over that with my own foundation and then translucent powder. All in all it took about 6-7 minutes. I then put on a fixing spray (just like you’d use to keep make up in place on your face). I cannot tell you how nice it is to be able to wear a dress without feeling embarrassed about my legs. 10/10 for this.

Brilliant stuff. I wanted to cover up some skin damage on my face, and this has worked. It has a lovely, creamy consistency and is very easy to apply. You only need a really tiny amount, so it’s excellent value. I set it with a quick dusting of loose powder and it’s there all day.

Extreme coverage will transfer to fingers if you happen to touch it after application so my phone is covered in waxy white residue which is the same for most extreme cover products. You need a face wash to remove it it will fade over 4 hours so needs set with a powder but even mac foundation only lasts 3 hours before I need to retouch for shine control so this is fine. Very impressed I have bad red scars and I pick at my skin from anxiety so this covers even raw seeping spots I've made a right mess of up and it calms my skin. I wore it without powder on a hot day and I looked waxy and a mess but that was my fault for not settling and not completing my make up so I didn't look just white I should have done the eyes etc to look less like I had a mask on! It is perfect for covering red or purple scars I now know what Hollywood stars use when they cover tattoos after breakups etc. This is well worth the price. It does compare with the. £25 mac studio fix powder foundation over a maybellne concealer so you will get extreme coverage and save money just be aware of you touch your skin you will get it on your fingers and anything else you touch (car door trims phone screens) which is my fault not the product.

Im a Mature lady, First time ordering took my time to establish colour, as most negative reviews come from peoples incorrect choices, product itself great and describes what it does, and does very well, thick formula so requires good blending, no caking.. I have med fair skin 213. Dermacol Matches very expensive foundations if not exceeds products like Huda which is awful and used for severely flawed skin, Huda is hype it creates a mask which cracks when you smile!!! and contain ingredients which are not friendly. Dermal is excellent value, even the tube is not plastic which is great as I avoid all plastic products.

I would not give this item 1 star but I have to so I can submit a review as it is absolute rubbish avoid buying. Product was so hard in the tube and took some effort to get out. It states it is waterproof and yet it still came off. Wasted my money may as well of just gave it to a stranger. Very very disappointed.

Really good foundation, goes on well with a brush or fingers. This is the only foundation that actually lasts all day on me. It covers well. The tube is a poor design, but I've mastered it now so it doesn't crack and leak. I put the foundation on the back of my hand first and warm it up before I apply because it comes out quite thick and hard.
