Review: Dopo tante ricerche per una spillatrice da birra per casa... Beertender, Perfect daft, con cartuccia co2, ho optato per questo prodotto beertender. Fa egregiamente il suo dovere. Facile da installare bellissimo design. Basta accenderlo almeno 1 ora prima di caricare il fusto che deve essere già freddo, sinceramente non ho mai provato a far raffreddare il fusto direttamente all'interno della spillatrice. Io ho tenuto 1h il fusto in freezer ho acceso la macchina e per aiutare il raffreddamento ho messo dentro quei blocchi ghiacciati che servono per le borse termiche, ebbene dopo 1/2 di raffreddamento della macchina e 1h di raffreddamento del fusto in freezer la birra era pronta da spillare. Mantiene perfettamente la temperatura, 1 fusto mi dura mediamente 1 settimana e la qualità della birra non cambia. Per quanto riguarda i fusti è vero in Italia trovi solo Heineken, ma on line ci sono si trovano anche di altre marche AFFLIGEM, PELFORTH, DESPERADOS. Io lo consiglio vivamente rispetto a quelli che necessitano delle cartucce di co2, poiché i fusti pressurizzati sono già pronti per essere installati, le macchine che richiedono le cartucce di co2 hanno bisogno di una preparazione del fusto non semplicissima e anche non pulitissima a causa della fuoriuscita della birra durante la preparazione, invece rispetto al sistema Perfect draft l'unica differenza è che i fusti beertender si possono smaltire con l'alluminio, mentre i Perfectdraft vanno resi. Secondo me ne vale davvero se piace la birra e la si vuole sempre fresca e apportata di bicchiere. Straconsigliato.
