hello I dont have an static ip on my network and I need to make this a vpn server tha alows me to access my network from outside does tha work ?

Yes you can make it work and access your internal network from the internet. You will need to use Dynamic DNS (DDNS) which will monitor any change to the IP address of your device and dynamically adjust the specified hostname to the new IP address and thereby ensure that VPN service continues to work.

Is it stable if 7x24 working?

That depends on how you intend to use it. I’ve been using it as a VPN client with a well known commercial VPN provider, routing all my home internet traffic including phones, computers and IoT devices and it has been stable and reliable so far. I think as long as you’re using it with stable services it will be fine.
