Is there an easy way to fix the nozzle, if not how to take when the nozzle stops working?

this has happened with mine several times and is very annoying. I have found that if you rinse the spray part under warm water, then fill a small glass with more warm water, place the spray in to the water and pump, it cleans it and it then works fine.

Are these sprays Gluten free?

Yes, but I do not like the fact that they now have microcrystalline cellulose in them.

How long does 15ml last if taking 3 sprays daily? Is it at least a months supply?

They recommend 3 sprays per day and claim the 12ml spray bottle contains 30 daily doses...If that is correct, you'll have exact quantity for 1 month. Hope it helped:)

If I do just 1 spray it should be fine for kids 10-12 yrs old?

The information states 13 and over but one spray will be 25ug of each vitamin. You could check how much should be in the blood for their age group and the recommendation for 10-12 year olds for each vitamin supplement per day, then make a decision. If your children spend time outside, they shouldn’t need this so may be a good idea get their levels checked first to see if they’re actually deficient in vitamin D. You don’t benefit from taking too much when it comes to supplements and there are some vitamins you can actually overdose on. There is a risk of vitamin D toxicity if you take too much over a long period, so it’s always good to make sure you actually need it before taking any supplements.
