Thank you.** A: Pure water, Glycerol, CPP-ACP, D-sorbitol, CMC-Na, Propylene glycol, Silicon dioxdide, Titanium dioxide, Xylitol, Phosphoric acid, Flavoring, Zinc oxide, Sodium saccharin, Ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, Magnesium oxide, Guar gum, Propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, Butyl p-hydroxybenzoate **Q: It contains Phosphoric acid, isn't that bad?** A: If it helps I found this on the MI Paste website in the FAQ section (I think MI paste is the USA brand name for Tooth Mousse). I've copied & pasted from this FAQ answer below: "Based on the known average Ca and PO4 concentrations in saliva and plaque fluid, the critical pH for tooth enamel is reported to be between 5.2 and 5.5. The purpose of the phosphoric acid is to buffer the CPP-ACP. MI Paste is an exceptionally good buffer of acid yet we still need the formulation to be relatively neutral. The final pH of MI Paste is around 7.8 (slightly alkaline), without the phosphoric acid it would be higher (more alkaline) which is helpful for buffering an acidic mouth. Phosphoric acid is used to adjust the pH of MI Paste to get it close to neutral instead of alkaline (basic). The percentage composition of phosphoric acid is < 00.3% (ie less than .3 of one percent) so it is very small. You can imagine it is more added as a formulation "tweak" to ensure the optimum performance." **Q: i have crowned teeth and i have baught the paste plus, can anyone tell me the best way to use this with crowns ect , do i brush my teeth first ?ect** A: I think my dentist recommends this to help with sensitive after having them whitened I don't think it matters which way you use before or after brushing but I think I used to rub this in round my teeth and gums after I had brushed them so the gel would stay longer on my teeth. **Q: Is the mint flavour strong or mild?** A: It's a mild mint flavour but then everyone's taste buds are different. Best toothpaste my husband has ever tried, it was suggested by our family dentist when he went for a check up,he's 46 and to toughen up his enamel and reduce cavities. Would give five stars if less expensive. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing! *by C***W on 1 September 2020* I was suffering from a number of dental issues recently before finding this product, which are linked to an autoimmune condition. Most visibly, my teeth were struggling with demineralisation, particularly my front teeth but this was also visible in patches on my premolars, which were turning clear. Obviously I was incredibly upset, so I purchased this mousse to use in conjunction with Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste (which I was already using) and began taking Cod Liver Oil with vitamin A, a B multi vitamin, vitamin D in a high dose, K2 and calcium, magnesium and zinc. I use the tooth mousse twice a day: once in the morning after brushing by just rubbing a small amount in to the teeth and again at night, in a tray on both top and bottom teeth. I can't guarantee it is just the mousse that has had an impact, but within just two months of using, my teeth are completely different, with the transparency visibly filling in and my teeth returning to their usual white. I also had some small smooth surface cavities on my back molars which are becoming far less noticeable, as well as some early stage pitting on one of my back molars which is no longer causing me any bother. As this product is in direct contact with the surfaces of my teeth, I believe a lot of the repairs are down to this mousse rather than the vitamins at this stage, as they are such an early introduction to my diet. Has it fixed everything?
