Is this correct?** A: It should stretch over the flushpipe to give a tight fit. **Q: witch way dose the seal fit** A: The seal will indeed fit into the WC pan either way round BUT it is designed to accommodate the flush pipe from one end only. The seal needs to be fitted over the end of the flush pipe (there is a stop to prevent the pipe being pushed right through the seal) then the pipe/seal assembly fitted into the socket in the back of the WC pan. As I recall, a little liquid soap on the external fins of the seal will help it to slide into the ceramic pan socket. **Q: What are the dimensions if this is it 40mm internal?** A: The grammar of your question means I am not exactly clear what you are asking.
