This king sized vacuum packed duvet arrived the day after ordering as promised and was free delivery. It was unpacked and inspected then given a good 5 minute frantic shaking as instructed. It is well made, with strong seams and the box stitching is spot on. Box stitching is good because it means the filling can't all clump up at one end, it will hold is shape better. Outer material is indeed nice and soft but this is going into a duvet cover so that won’t matter. It is very lightweight and compares well to my old 13.5 tog duvet for warmth. 48 hours on, and a few more shakes later I have now got it on the bed. I am really happy at how easy it is to get a cover on and it is nice and warm. I used to struggle with the weight of my old 13.5 tog when trying to change the cover but this one is so light it was a doddle. It is incredibly warm and for the price it is a definite winner. Machine washable on cold and gentle cycle, and can be dried on the line outside or tumble dried. Measurements for this king sized duvet are spot on. There was a small issue with the duvet which I let Utopia know about and they have dealt with it very quickly. They obviously are very pro active when it comes to customer satisfaction. Very pleased with duvet AND Utopia customer care. You will be hard pushed to find something this good at this price.

I purchased this quilt mainly because I struggle to put on a duvet cover on my current king size duvet. As it has corner tabs that help secure it to a duvet cover, the option of using the quilt with a cover iis there, if needed. The duvet arrived well packaged and vacuum packed and looked very thin with lots of wrinkles. I had my doubts about whether iI would be able to use it as a winter duvet. I shook it out and put it in the tumble dryer on low heat for 15 mins. So, yes, a king size fits in a tumble dryer, so hopefully it will also fit in the washing machine when the time comes. It came out of the dryer wrinkle free and the filling had expanded to what I think is a true 10.5 tog duvet. The box stitching prevents the filling from clumping and was spread evenly throughout the duvet. The duvet fits on the bed perfectly with plently of overhang at the sides and bottom of the bed and looks impressive. I thought i might need to used an extra throw over it but no need, as It is light but very warm and comfortable and provides good insulation. Given that I don't know yet if the quilt will fit in my washing machine, I use a top sheet under it to protect it, to increase the time that I will need to think about washing it. Overall, I am extremely happy with this duvet and will never use a traditional duvet again. It is a game-changer for anyone who struggles with putting on a duvet cover. It's lightweight, warm, cosy and a great price too and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality duvet. I have just purchased another, a single this time, in the same grey colour for my daughter's bed!

Good quality, looks good, and feels warm. The shipment arrived on schedule, but I had some concerns; the delivery person placed my parcel in an insecure location.

Great value for money it is really comfortable and easy to use and most importantly It is cheap cheap cheap it fits my double bed duvet perfectly and is nice and warm

Must confess I had my doubts about this for the price but I was pleasantly surprised. It is beautiful and lightweight and incredibly soft to squish. It was warm enough for the recent chilly nights. I would buy again in a heartbeat if I had to. Mine was superking size for a superking bed and was size appropriate.

Super comfy and warm but not too hot. Gorgeous colour green. I love it! Good size, good quality. No more struggling with duvet covers! Not washed it yet so can’t comment on that but it is machine washable.
