Will this work with the goxlr?

if It does, I haven't figured it out. Both this device and the GoXLR add multiple sound devices to manage their own functionality. In every wiring configuration that I could come up with, those sound devices either were incompatible with each other, or didn't get made at all, there defeating the purpose of one or both of the them. Right now the GoXLR I have is sitting idle.

Yeah it should work with those headphones.

Does this have an audio out and mic in port all in one or are the seperate ports?

Yes. It has three ports. One for the mic, one for the headset, and one for external speakers. You can pick and choose based on your device. I would add a picture if it let me. Video had encountered a loading problem.
