The coolmax technology means the breathable yarn maintains an ideal temperature for your muscles & joints. I ordered size Medium which is for knee measurement 12.5 "-14.5 ". My knee measured 14". Size large for knee measuring 14.5" -16.5" I found the support easy to put on..it felt a bit snug ( obviously meant to be🤣) but comforting when on. My knee felt supported & comfortable. I have worn to my body conditioning class...a lot of cardio, jumping around & weights the support stayed in place the whole session. No wrinkling or movement for me ! Designed in conjunction with physiotherapists . If you are looking for a lightweight support not a full robust knee brace this could be the choice for you. I would reccommend for overall quality, price & functionality.
