Best Underglow Kit – Bright, Durable, and Backed by Excellent Customer Service
I’ve been using the OPT7 AURA DreamColor underglow kit and it’s been amazing—the colors are vibrant, installation was straightforward, and it really makes my car stand out. Recently, I had an issue where my front strip was damaged by road debris. I reached out to OPT7 support and was blown away by their quick, professional, and friendly response. They went above and beyond to help me get back up and running right away, showing they truly stand behind their products and care about their customers. It’s rare to find a company that provides this level of service, and it makes me even more confident in recommending OPT7 to anyone looking for high-quality lighting with excellent support. 5 stars all the way!

Great product
Crazy good underglow! The OPT7 kit is bright, clean, and super easy to install. The colors pop hard, the app works smooth, and it gives my car that perfect show look at night. Definitely worth every dollar.

Save your money
Save your money. 3 of the 4 worked. asked for a replacement order and those was bad. 2 orders and both was bad.....wasted 450 getting this installed. $300 first install and 150 to replace the non working light. the lights are night bright. I have a set before these that i paid $30 and they worked better and was brighter. save your money. New Update. Light stays on over night. they sent a 2nd unit and it also started to mess up.

Disappointed…
The kits is alright for smaller cars/trucks. Severely disappointed my kit had 4x 36” strips and not the 2x 36” 2x 48” as advertised so the sides of the vehicle do not have light all the way down. Build quality feels about what you should get for the money. Functionality is nice it operates as intended Color options are very good for the money. The look and feel of the strips themselves are of a quality product but time will tell.

Great product, Great Customer Service
The kit was great, lights up and all pretty bright. Two of the strips started acting wonky so I contacted customer service and they were great they helped me out and were kind enough to send the replacements for the faulty LED strips

OPT7 is a DREAM color come true!
This is a great light kit for those looking for an IC led system giving customized functionality and response to music or other sounds. Personally my installation was a bit challenging because of how I have the car modified. As a result I did smack a speed bump knock the strip off it fell and damaged and I lost the driver side light strip. Reaching out to Opt7 inquiring about purchasing a single replacement strip for that driver side, I was pleasantly surprised by the support's above and beyond effort in documenting my case and cause to damage so they can improve their product. As a loyal and trustworthy Opt7 consumer, they provided me a new strip to replace the damaged one at no cost. I do recommend the aluminum channel model of this product if you have any installation challenges or extremely low ride height as I do on both accounts.

Missing basic effects, stay away
No longer has the basic lighting effects. In this case it doesn't have the breathing pulsating effect. Customer support confirmed this and these are garbage. Do not buy, opt7 can't help you. I spoke to Jun H and he appeared to be willing to help and then all of a sudden the ticket went to Ben K. And he basically said talk to Amazon we can't help. Terrible customer service.

Dead on arrival, cannot contact company
One strip is dead halfway through, and another is intermittent if it wants to work or not. Tried going through the website for replacement, but I cannot even send them an email because I am in Canada and the request form doesn't allow Canadian addresses.
