Will this cut 12 x 100 GSM at a time?

So I'm not sure of that amount but I have found if you cut more than say 6 sheets of normal A4 paper it tends to slide away from the paper cutting away from the sheets leaving the last few cut at angle. I do cut 125 micron laminated sheets with it. Its a good guillotine for the price.
