Great Item
This is a great brand, mild nutty taste. I will order again for sure when needed. I made my black seed paste and it was so good.

Tasty and fresh, good value. I use it on everything.
Delicious and fresh. Black cumin has a very distinctive flavor which I've grown to love. Dark and peppery only very distinctive. I put some in my morning smoothies along with my turmeric and ginger. I put some in a small pepper grinder to grind over food. And to make it easier I put some in one of my old spice containers. Quite small seeds that are easy to chew but it's nice having the option to grind it. It's supposed to be super healthy, and it adds a really interesting flavor to food. It always comes packed nicely and I love that it's organic. And it's in a resealable pouch.

Supposed to be healthy. Seems to do something good!
Keep reading online and now in the many Amazon reviews that this seed is healthy. I am trying it. Lot websites... say is healthy for MANY things, but I do not want to rush into overeating these until I am sure. 3 days chewing the seeds. Peppery on throat. Then 5 days burns my stomach. So, I guess the other reviews and many places with natural health information saying to ‘grind and heat them FIRST’ are correct. This removes a thing in the seeds that is said to not be healthy and opens up the healthy oil, other good things in the seeds. Some people say you can just chew and eat them. Not sure who is right. Bought a pepper grinder and maybe keep it in the sun or a lamp for 1 hour? Or just cook it? Sun might be healthier. Or both. It did make me feel better. See video. But then the burned throat and stomach. Got to learn how to prepare these. See Web MD... science, medical websites. If this is a healthy thing to eat; sometimes it’s hard to know who gives the best advice. I feel safest with the old time farmers, ladies and men worldwide who grow, prepare, cook their own food. End 7... days and I am ok. Giving it 5 stars. Still eating the seeds on and off. July 9, 2023; UPDATE Review; I learned how to prepare these seeds from the people on here (their review videos); Eating the seed raw does seem to improve my health. But it burns my stomach and makes me woozy for a while... So I did this; Grind the seeds with a pepper grinder. Then put that crushed up, ground seed into a small pan. Add olive oil. Put the small pan on top of a 'bigger pan' that is full of boiling hot water. The heat from the hot water under the small pan does something to the ground seeds; heats them and removes a lot of that peppery content that burns. It also seems to release the seed's natural oil. People say this also removes a ingredient of the seed that is not healthy. (See reviews). Been eating the seed this new way 3 days and getting sudden bursts of feeling GREAT; body and mind! It does something good! Recommending to friends. Hoping it also helps the injuries in my feet... I also take Dandelion Root. And; the entire plant; root, stem, flowers, leaf (when I can find some fresh in a field that is not polluted by chemicals). Got the pepper grinder, dandelion root on Amazon.

Trying things to lose weight.
Read somewhere that this "black cumin seed" is good for weight loss when added to your food. It tastes pretty good. We just sprinkle some on our food when we eat. I've lost 50 lbs. in just a short amount of time....kidding... I just found out that I'm past "pre-diabetic" and just into the diabetic range, so we're working on diet. My wife just had her gall bladder removed, so she's going low fat, and I'm going lower carbs and sugars.

Good Addition to Our Nutrition
I was reading about the heath benefits of “black seeds” so after reading many reviews settled on these and I’m quite pleased. I’ve sprinkled them on salads, incorporated them into recipes and even ate them right out of the bag (just a few at a time that way). They are flavorful and enjoyable (if you like the flavor of cumin).
