I selected Ms. Martin, and the shade is lovely- its almost clear with one coat, and a very pale sheer pink with two coats.Pros: lovely color, non-toxic, cool packaging, and I love their Soy Nail Polish remover -its the best! (they included some samples with this purchase, and its the best polish remover I've tried, as well as being beneficial to the skin and nails and no nasty odor - win! Thank you for the free samples AILA!)Cons: I am a minimalist, so I qualify this critique by saying I didn't use a primer undercoat, nor a clear protective overcoat. (I just don't want to use three different products/layers just to have a clear/pink, clean look on my nails). That being said I may not be using all the recommended layers, this nail polish just chips and wear off too easily for me. Whether one or two coats, it looks bad after 2 days with the edges ragged near my cuticles and tips with general wear. After 4 days I just have to take it off it looks so bad. So maybe for special one day occassions or with additional products this would work, but not for my lifestyle. Any suggestions AILA?
