PLUSPOE Inline Cord Switch 2 Pack, AC 250V 6A On/Off Lamp Control Appliance Switch Rocker for Table Lamp Desk Bed LED Lights, Black

This black inline cord (rocker) switch was used to replace a malfunctioning low-quality wheel switch on the electrical cord of a small 120 volt desk lamp. The installation was fast and straightforward - once I noticed that "screw terminal" connectors were present. (NB: Don't attempt to wrap the lamp's wires "around" the four small connector screws located inside the switch. After loosening the screws, the wires are supposed to be inserted into the small holes underneath. The wires are then secured inside these small holes, once the screws are tightened.) You'll require a wire-stripper / cutter and a small Philips screwdriver. The quality of this rocker switch is excellent and I suspect it will last well into the future with frequent daily usage. A happy customer and a very simple DIY project.

Excellent design and functionality. I ordered and used 4. The internal fastening screws and recesses are strong. Tightening them tight there felt like 0 risk of potentially stripping the recesses. Perfect. The on off tactile feeling of the switch is great and the external case is also compact and really cool. I have 2 more in my shopping cart now. Kudos to the design engineer and the manufacturer.
