Nope only pioneer equipment Pioneer is the club standard

Can you play a complete track ?

Yes. The unit makes tracks, that are meant to be played back. You can also import tracks and assign them to pads to be triggered. You must account for memory and size of files, that will determine how many tracks are at your disposal.

Can this be sync with cdj 2000 nexus?

Yes, it can be synced with Pioneer Nexus CDJ’s as well as midi.

Is there an in-depth tutorial by pioneer on how to use, not just some dj saying how great it is?

I haven't seen one there are plenty of videos but nothing from pioneer that's detailed it's more of a overview on the product . My thought is that this product is designed for someone who already has a working knowledge of sampling and music making material . But from what I see it is a very nice machine with lots of features
