This product for me personally has worked. It’s easy to order and it’s great that it is delivered right to your doorstep. I also feel that it has worked to bring down my A1c and triglycerides.. Not sure if this will work for everyone, but I’m a believer because it has worked for me.

It came quickly. It smells a bit vinegary but not overwhelming. I have not used it long enough to say how it is working but so far it is good. Does not upset my stomach like drinking the vinegar and water mixture. Too early to tell if it helps with the cortisol levels, but willing to give it a couple of months to see. They are easy to swallow and my energy level seems to be better.

This is a good product rather than sipping on the liquid. Take 3 and in a week and a half see some results.

There are many Apple Cider vinegar, products available, but I have always been a fan of the Bragg. I have always drank the Bragg brand of apple cider vinegar, but decided to give the pills a try. I chose the BALANCE because I have insomnia at night and these have helped me sleep a full 6 to 7 hours finally ! It has the ashwagandha in it also.
