I have had this door lock system for 2 years. Works great! These photos show the finish after all that time, and you can see it still looks really good. My previous (builder grade) door knob was pitted and looking bad in this length of time. Easy install, great instructions, looks good, easy to use app, etc, etc. there is a battery indicator on the app, so you can easily see when it is getting low. It just requires regular AA batteries and I am only now replacing for the first time! If you use the app more, I suppose the battery might drain faster but if I am standing at the door on the inside I just lock it manually out of habit. The convenience of keyless entry is priceless though. The black finish is holding up really well and I have strong sunlight in salt air beating on this door. Great purchase!

Pros: Great value (renewed for $69) Quality brand App control Easy install Cons: N/A for me Other: I purchased another one with fingerprint unlocking afterwards. In retrospect, if you can afford it, get fingerprint unlocking. It's worth it. Highly recommend products, I have the hand level lock, two of these, and one video lock. All seamless integration into one app, and good quality than other "Amazon" brands I previously purchased for similar cost.

I replaced a Yale lock that I could not connect to remotely. The lock has a separate plug into an outlet that facilitates connecting to Wi-Fi. Never work from the beginning The keypad worked but not having access, defeated the whole purpose The only reason I bought EUFY was the price. For under $100 it beats the Yale and the Schlag locks by $150 or more It is package beautifully. The instructions are simple and clear. And it was very easy to install. It was extraordinarily easy. It connected to Wi-Fi without a glitch I’m going to buy another one for the door opposite this. And then when I get back to our other home, I’m going to get one for our front door and replace the Yale lock. The yale like has to connect through wink. After I had it for about two years wink decided to start charging me five dollars a month. EUFY is a no-brainer. And now I’m going to look into more of their products.

A couple things I wish were different about this lock, but overall, it works and gets the job done. I used to have a kwikset smart lock and replaced it with this one. Kwikset was fine but was pretty old, was z-wave, and was connected to my former alarm system. I was looking to update, and eufy had a reasonable price (it was on sale for prime day), and I've had a good experience with eufy's doorbell cam. So far it's been installed for about a week, and here's my assessment: Pros: - Looks good - black color makes it looks sleek and not super bulky (though it is a little bulky) - Connects via WiFi so didn't have to buy a z-wave hub - Easy to control and add codes from the app - No subscription fees necessary - Touchscreen (not buttons) so it's easy to unlock when my hands are full and I can't fully push in a button - Numbers light up so you can see them at night - It works! Cons: - Can't be rekeyed...wish I'd realized this before I purchased. This is probably the biggest con. - Didn't come charged (or with a charging cord) so had to find a cord and charge it up before installing - Have to press the 'lock' button for several seconds before it'll lock (like more than 2 seconds, which would be my preference). Seems long for the current digital age. My husband says it will help me slow down in life and not be in a hurry...I still think holding down for 2 seconds or even a double-tap on the lock icon would be sufficient!

Ever heard the saying "If I could give it 0 stars I would"? Meet the definition product. The WiFi hardware on my first lock failed after about four months, which put me just outside Amazon’s return window. Once the hardware failed, the app could no longer connect and the keypad wouldn’t even let me enter my code, making the lock essentially unusable. Since I was outside the return window, I contacted Eufy for a warranty replacement. Their customer service was frustrating to deal with, but they eventually sent one out. That replacement failed within one month. At that point I asked for a refund because I had completely lost confidence in the product. I was told refunds were not an option, but they would happily send me yet another replacement under warranty. The third lock somehow managed to be even worse. It arrived with a broken factory seal and appears to be a different manufacturing revision. The mounting threads are different, so the screws won’t tighten properly and the lock cannot be securely attached to the door. I’ve attached comparison photos. To get through the day, I had to install the old interior assembly with the new exterior just so I could lock my door. Then I discovered the brand new backup keys they sent don’t even fit the lock. They won’t even insert into the cylinder. So after three locks, I’ve had: • One fail after four months. • One fail within a month. • One arrive with incompatible mounting threads and keys that don’t match the lock. I’ve now paid to have this lock installed three separate times, spent hours troubleshooting and dealing with customer service, and I’m still left without a reliable product. A warranty is meaningless when the replacements continue to have major quality control issues. I’m cutting my losses, buying a different brand, and I would strongly recommend others do the same.

The process was straightforward, especially since my door was already pre-cut and universally sized. • Straightforward Connectivity: Setting up the smart features was pretty simple. While some tech-savviness might help, it’s not a difficult process—just follow a few basic in-app steps, and integrating it with our Alexa ecosystem was smooth. • Convenient Code Management: I love how easy it is to add and remove multiple entry codes. This is super handy for us, especially when we need a dog sitter during our trips. Cons: • Aesthetic Size Preference: If I had to nitpick, I wish the lock was slightly larger, purely for aesthetic reasons. • Loose Turn Knob: The manual turn knob feels a bit loose. I tried making adjustments, but it seems like a manufacturing design rather than something related to my setup. However, once locked, the deadbolt is secure, which is the most important thing. • Hold-to-Confirm Feature: I’m not a fan of the “hold to confirm” feature for locking the door. It’s not a huge deal, but having to hold the button for a few seconds to lock the door can be a little annoying, especially when you’re in a hurry. I wish there were more in-app options to adjust this, allowing for an instant lock with just a single tap. Overall: I’m really impressed with this Eufy door lock. It’s been a great addition to our home, and I’ll definitely consider purchasing more Eufy products in the future!

I've had two WiFi Locks by well known companies that failed within the first year and they wouldn't replace their locks as they both only had a 90 day warranty. That made me start looking for a replacement and that's how I came upon Eufy. I read reviews and found that they have a very good reputation. So I decided to plunge and buy. The other two companies required this extensive process for installation. Eufy's installation was so easy it wasn't funny. I set aside an hour to install figuring it might take longer but my installation took less than 30 minutes. I was astounded and integrating with Alexa was a breeze. It literally took a few minutes. All I needed to do was to download the skill and Alexa did the rest. I love being able to check the status of my lock from the Alexa app. And I get notifications if I leave the house and have left the front door unlocked. The other thing I love - I added locking the front door to my evening routine. I tell Alexa Good Night and the living room lights are turned off, Alexa checks to make sure the front door is locked and then my bedroom light is turned off. You gotta love technology!! You want to buy a simple but efficient and reliable lock that works with Alexa, then this is your product. Just make sure that you order the Eufy WiFi Lock that works with Alexa. Well worth the budget price!

I have never used the Eufy brand of electronics before so I was a bit hesitant to spend the money but what one me over was the that this lock in particular does not require drilling and extra hole into the door for the mounting plate (Its optional) and it's still sturdy with well attached without those extra screws. The installation process was very easy and took less than 30 minutes. The instructions are clear and concise. Appearance wise this is a very sleek but smart lock. The digits pad is simple but modern and simple looking. Even my matienance man was able to use it without instructions. Connecting it to the eufy app was hassel free abd simple as well. It did lose connectivity once in the early days but since then I've had no issues. The lock does have auto lock feature and you can set individual door codes for people. All of this has to be done in the app. Overall I love this door lock and the brand did not disappoint. Im actually looking at getting their smart lock/camera/doorbell device for my front door.

This lock is advertised as capable of locking/unlocking via BT. This is not true. The customer service I contacted claimed application unlocking is what is meant by BT but it is not BT, it is wifi unlocking and clearly needs a connection to the company server. In other words, one has to be connected to the internet to unlock it from within application. After I stated this simply fact the agent got disconnected.

Like this, had it a few months now and like the way it works and sends notifications when door is locked and unlocked.

Me encanto, súper fácil de poner si tienes la herramienta adecuada, lo único que no me gusto es que no se puede abrir o cerrar por medio de ubicación aunque eso ya es del software de EUfy pero la calidad es muy buena y funcional para todo lo demás. Sería Perfecto si fuera compatible con apple HomeKit y con ubicación

I have tried several other smart locks and just love the simplicity of this lock. It just works! Battery lasts long. The app to assign the codes is simple to use and has all the features I need for our short let properties. I also have their video cam, so soon enough I would be entirely over to their ecosystem!
